Longboard Surfing
Longboards are generally more stable than a shortboard, and are ideal for smaller, less powerful waves, and generally require smooth, flowing technique.
The modern longboard is similar in length and dimensions of surfboards ridden in the 1960s, but has been refined through lightweight construction techniques, contemporary rocker, rail profiles and fin design.
